Process Water Sanitation
Benefiting from years of return of experience, BlueSense™ is proposing drinking and process water treatment solutions to the agroindustry. OXAGRI by BlueSense™ is an innovative system producing a active chlorine concentrate through the conversion of a brine solution simply using dissolved salt.
Numerous OXAGRI units are successfully installed on flower bulbs preservation and post-harvest water systems and provide large quantities of sanitizer (hypochlorous acid) to treat extensive volumes of water and drastically limit the risk of contamination of the final products (efficient on mold, fungi, invertebrates such as nematodes or flies, bacteria).
A standard OXAGRI unit can generate up to 12 kg of pure chlorine per day (in 2 batches of 1,000 litres) and necessitates only 6 kWh.
Larger demands can be also covered by adding secondary unit (slave) to the main one.
In addition to OXAGRI, BlueSense™ designed OXICONTROL 1 specifically for the monitoring and the control of the disinfection of the process water along the preservation of various types of flower bulbs (both in rinsing and cooking baths), giving in real time an highly accurate analysis of the free chlorine and pH levels as well as water temperature.
OXICONTROL 1, is fully compatible with liquid chlorine based systems and is also fully adapted to an upgrade of your process to the OXAGRI complete disinfecting solution.

OXAGRI - ECA Water Generator
Oxagri is based on APL Bright Spark’s technology that offers on site and on-demand production of a consistent chlorine solution. It can generate up to 12 kg/day of free chlorine. Oxagri uses only natural salt (NaCl) and does not require the use of any hazardous chemicals. The saturated brine is turned into a chlorine solution. OXAGRI Working Principle (check the working scheme) 1. Softened water is used to prepare a saturated brine (Salt + Water) 2. Water is circulated through the electrolysis cell to produce a 6,000 ppm free chlorine solution. 3. It is then transferred into the ECA Water tank (Electro-Chemically Activated). 4. A new brine is produced, softener is regenerated and a new batch is produced. ![]()

OXICONTROL 1 - Water monitoring and dosage
Oxicontrol 1 offers a real time analysis of free chlorine, pH and temperature with direct reading on a LCD screen. It enables a proportional dosage of sanitizer (ECA Water or commercial chlorine) and of pH balancer thanks to 2 integrated and piloted metering pumps. It is autonomous : “plug and play”, supplied with its own circulation pump and 2 piloted metering pumps.
