Based on the electrolysis principle, OXIBLU is a patented technology, to be either integrated into water coolers or dispensers, but can also be used for higher flow rates.
Using only the chlorides ions naturally present in the water (a minimum concentration of only 20 ppm is required), OXIBLU will generate up to 1.2 ppm of Chlorine Dioxide
Chlorine dioxide is one of the most effective disinfectants rapidly killing bacteria, viruses, fungi and algae.
Its efficacy has been proven at concentrations as low as 0.1 ppm (parts per million) and over a wide pH range. It is also highly soluble (10 times more than chlorine), even in cold water which makes it much more effective.
Unlike the other forms of chlorine, chlorine dioxide is also efficient against biofilm which can form into pipes, tanks and equipment and create a danger to the water quality.

OXIBLU - flexible solutions for higher water volumes
BlueSense™ has also developed units based on OXIBLU electrodes technology to produce up to 1.0 m3/h:
OXIBLU 500 : 0.5 m3/h
OXIBLU 1000: 1.0 m3/h
The device is built with 5 to 10 electrodes in parallel and can be adapted to the existing flow rate. It is easy to install with a very low replacement cost.

- Animal Drinking Water Lines (poultry, cattle, etc.)
Maintenance of the unit is highly facilitated by an exclusive sliding system (ESS) with which only 2 minutes are required to perform the replacement of the electrode.
