BlueSense™ Drinking Water Solutions
In certain parts of the world, the quality of the drinking water supply through the public network can be unknown. Contamination by bacteria and other harmful micro-organisms is prevalent.
BlueSense™ developed a large range of drinking water solutions based on a patented process producing either Chlorine Dioxide or Hypochlorous Acid using Chlorides naturally present in the water without adding any chemicals.
A minimum of 20 ppm chlorides in the water to be treated is necessary to ensure a proper generation of hypochlorous acid or of chlorine dioxide. For waters with lower concentration, brine production equipment can be optionally proposed by BlueSense™.
OXIBLU, specifically designed to provide a final disinfection at the tap of the end-user, integrated into Water Coolers, Water Dispensers, or under the sink.
Produces either HOCl = 2mg/L or ClO2 = 1.2mg/L for 0.5 & 1m3/h.
The devise is built with 5 to 10 Oxiblu electrodes in parallel and can be adapted to the existing flow rate. It is easy to install with a vey low cost replacement.
Examples of application:
OXIMOBI 600 is an autonomous supply disinfecting drinking water for up to 300 people (600 litres per day). The electrolysis process coupled with an ultrafiltration membrane is powered by an optional solar panel, car battery or 220 VAC.
OXIMOBI 3000 is a temporary Drinking Water Supply. It is autonomous and able to disinfect an average 3,000 liters per hour (8 h/d max.). It is a fully skidded unit on a robust galvanized steel frame.

OXAQUA is a compact system, easy to install and to control, even on existing pipework for retrofitting or replacement of obsolete disinfection systems.
With a consumption of less than 500 Watts for 10 m3/h of treated water allows its installation not only on small to mid-size water supplies but also in remote locations such as islands, mountain sides or isolated communities. The equipment can be used indifferently for primary disinfection or for inline re-chlorination (boosting stations).
OXAQUA is available in different versions depending on the flow rates to be treated (1 - 2 - 3 - 5 - 10 m3/h) and can optionally be equipped with a communication modem and a chlorine sensor to adapt the production to the exact need of the water to be treated
Example of applications :
OXAQUA RW will be placed on a recirculation loop of the drinking water tanks using an integrated pump. Its electrode will activate only when the oxidizer residual is reaching a low level (Built-in chlorine analyser provided in option OXAQUA RW CL).
The residual additional free chlorine generated will protect the distribution network (pipes & tanks) against micro-organism growth and will limit the biofilm development.
